The hotel was NICELY APPOINTED, our room was non-smoking, we loved it. Had fast check-in experience and the staff was superfriendly. Lobby was nice. This property was in a great area just off South Coast Plaza and Newport Beach, Newport Beach and freeways.

I liked this efficient hotel, it did not disappoint. The staff was courteous, comfy bed, hot breakfast. The rooms were recently refurbished and included Wi-Fi, coffee and gas powered fireplace etc. Peaceful location, John Wayne airport was 0.5 miles away. Venue was spotless and the service was great.

The staff and location were great, we loved this original hotel. Our bedroom was nice. Modern interior, terrific restaurant. Besides, it had complimentary internet, handy to surf the net.

Spacious beds, Irish bar was excellent. Continental breakfast with fresh fruit was wonderful. Generally everything was perfect, but the bathroom was cramped. The service was attentive here.
Some people working there were not so helpful.
